We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the medieval area, close to some amazing restaurants. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a world-class wine cellar and sumptuous bedrooms with top-of-the-line electronics. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, and the breakfast is exquisite with freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade butter and jams. The hotel staff is very helpful and professional, always making sure we felt like personal guests in their own home.
Nothing, all excellent.

We never had in any other spanish 5* Hotel such a perfect hospitality. From the first minute on we did feel like in paradise. You enter the Lobby or step out of the elevator - there are always employees or the owners who ask you what they can do for you. The disign of the hotel is also breathtaking - very spectacular on top of the ancient hill of Cáseres. And what really took us away - on top of everything - is the cuisine of Chef Toño Perez. In his 2 Michelin Star Restaurant Atrio he is creating dishes that even one week later only the thought of it is mouthwatering. Not to talk of the fantastic wine sellar. When we left we promised the competent and absolutely charming Hotel Manager Carmina Marquez, that we will come back. And now we are already planning our next visit!

Luxurious and exclusive amenities, fantastic service and stunning rooftop pool with breathtaking views! the room advantages were noteworthy: comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and a spacious shower. In-room breakfast was delivered on time and with delicious options. the restaurant provided an amazing gastronomic experience; it was a true delight. The bar/lounge area was great for cocktails and drinks, and the private facilities were exquisite; the perfect location for a romantic trip. Cons: Navigation to the hotel was a bit challenging, and we had to ask for help to find the venue. Apart from that slight hindrance, everything was exceptional.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the beautifully decorated rooms and the friendly staff. the hotel's perfect location, close to the historic sites and restaurants, made it easy to explore the city on foot. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and provided a variety of choices.
the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep at times, as noise from other guests and the street could be heard easily.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the amazing attention given by the hotel staff. They were always so friendly and welcoming, offering us a complimentary drink upon arrival. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Moreover, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds that made our stay even more enjoyable.
Although everything was almost perfect during our stay, the only negative aspect was the limited food options for Christmas dinner. But, to be fair, this is probably true for most hotels during Christmas time. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, relaxation, and attentive service.

The location of this hotel is quite convenient, as it is situated in the center of the town and you can easily walk to many different attractions. the medieval area is particularly charming, and there are some amazing restaurants in the vicinity. the room itself was decent, with some facilities to enjoy, such as a rooftop terrace and a wine cellar tour.
Sadly, the breakfast provided was quite underwhelming, especially considering the high expectations set by the other reviews.
